Across units, departments, and programs, our faculty and staff connect our strengths to better serve our mission and clients. The Institute of Agriculture’s strategic plan includes goals to expand real-life learning, rapidly deploy solutions, and deliver programs that improve lives. We are a statewide presence, with UT Extension offices in all ninety-five counties and ten AgResearch and Education Centers throughout East, Middle, and West Tennessee.
Members of the VSA (VOLunteer Supported Agriculture) receive a weekly half-bushel box filled with a variety of fresh, organic, local produce grown by VSA student interns. Shares are available seasonally on a first-come, first-served basis, and all fees help to buy seeds and supplies, as well as to fund the student intern stipends. 
The Victory Garden in Collierville, Tennessee, provides vegetables, flowers, and something more unique–hope for some of its food insecure neighbors.
