Rachel is a Farm Management Specialist serving farm families through the MANAGE program. Farm management specialists help producers analyze their total farming business to make profitable, informed decisions and develop individualized farm and financial plans. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is based in the Coffee County Extension office.
