Agricultural and Youth Extension experience in Louisiana, Alabama and now Tennessee since 1983. Currently serve as Shelby Extension Agent with experience in consumer horticulture, row crops, fruit and vegetable production, and youth development. Current focus includes leadership development for Extension personnel, with an emphasis on organizational leadership development using a strategic action-based approach.
