Overview

Les is a Farm Management Specialist with the MANAGE program housed under the University of Tennessee Center of Farm Management. With a background in diversified production agriculture and retail agriculture businesses, Les is devoted to assist and educate producers, both beginning and experienced, so they can make informed decisions about their operations. The MANAGE program offers individualized and unbiased information, and producers have the opportunity to develop farm and financial plans specific to their farm. Ultimately, the program was designed specifically to help Tennessee farm families carefully evaluate their individual situation, assist them in improving their quality of life, and create a sustainable operation for generations to come.

Teaching Focus

Assisting farm and rural families to assess their individual situations by thoroughly, developing overall farm and business plans to reach their goals.
