My research interest lies in epidemiology and the use of epidemiological diagnostic approaches for improving beef production by early detection of Bovine Respiratory Disease (BRD)

- Use of wearable sensors and location data for early detection of Bovine Respiratory Disease (BRD) stocker cattle, Differentiation of the nasopharyngeal microbiomes and immune markers in stocker calves experiencing BRD-associated activity change
