Overview

I have been working on several projects to advance my content expertise and led projects in 3 main areas: - Reaching Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Audiences in nutrition education through staff development and curriculum adaptation - Reducing harm from weight stigma in nutrition education - Expanding nutrition education programs to communities and geographic areas that are historically underserved including socially isolated seniors

Outreach Focus

• Provide oversight for two statewide nutrition education programs totaling $6 million in annual funds • Coordinate the implementation and evaluation of nutrition education programs
