Specialization: Veterinary Internal Medicine
After qualifying, Dr Pazzi spent four years in private practice in South Africa and the United Kingdom before returning to the University of Pretoria to complete his Small Animal Internal Medicine Residency and subsequently his PhD. He joined the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine at the beginning of 2024.
Dr. Pazzi’s primary research interests include the interrelationship between cancer, hemostasis, inflammation, the endothelium, and metastasis. Additional research interests include hepatic and pancreatic disease.
Dr Pazzi teaches veterinary students various aspects of the urinary system as well as clinical training of veterinary students, interns and residents.
