Specialization: Tennessee 4-H Camping, 4-H STEM Programs, and 4-H Performing Arts Troupe

Overview

As a dynamic and skilled facilitator with a vast background in volunteering, camping, and community advancement, I have become an accomplished leader and lifelong learner of practices to enable youth and adults a better understanding of their own learning. I have been a dedicated and hardworking individual who is able to work alone or collaboratively with others in building lasting relationships that reflect the investment of time, energy, and resources. I have a passion for youth and adult leadership development through experiential learning activities and group dynamics. Through that passion, I have mentored individuals in many vulnerable populations including the advancement of those with physical and developmental disabilities or handicaps. I continue to endorse and participate in volunteerism through community engagement, youth leadership, and service-learning. I have a high interest in working with youth camping programs to enhance outdoor skills as well as coaching, teaching, and playing volleyball.
