Haley Harbin joined UTIA’s Marketing and Communications team as a social media and PR specialist in July 2022. A Knoxville native, Haley earned a BS in journalism from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2019. Prior to joining the UTIA team, Haley worked as a public relations intern at Walt Disney World, a digital media specialist at Remote Area Medical, and public relations coordinator at Regal Cinemas.

Her love for purpose-driven storytelling has fueled her career aspirations, and she is excited to use her skills to help inform the public about the Institute’s efforts to bring Real. Life. Solutions. to communities throughout Tennessee and beyond. Outside of work, you can find Haley at a local coffee shop, a concert, or hiking somewhere in the Great Smoky Mountains.
