I am committed to advancing youth development through meaningful, skill-based educational experiences that build confidence, leadership capacity, and workforce readiness. I was actively involved in 4-H and FFA while growing up in Virginia and am proud to be a fourth-generation member of the Virginia 4-H program. My professional interests include equine education, leadership and public speaking development, and life skills programming that prepares young people for future success. I am dedicated to making a lasting impact through my role in Extension by empowering the next generation of leaders.
