Maya Plaster
Specialization: Assistant Director, Tennessee 4-H Foundation
Maya Plaster joined Tennessee 4-H Foundation, as the assistant director for Annual Giving, Stewardship, and Database Management in November 2022. She will focus on developing a comprehensive annual giving program, leading donor stewardship and recognition efforts, building relationship with donors and internal stakeholders, and assisting with 4-H events.
Maya began her career with UT Extension in 2010, providing administrative and logistical support for the UT Extension Strategic Plan Leadership Committee. Since then, she has worked for 4-H Youth Development; UTIA Marketing and Communications; UT Extension Administration; and Extension, Evaluation, and Staff Development departments. Prior to joining UT Extension, Maya worked as a marketing project coordinator for Biltmore Estate.
A native of Bulgaria, Maya earned a master’s degree from the University of National and World Economy, majoring in International Tourism. In her spare time, Maya enjoys hiking and traveling.
