A native of East Tennessee, Whitney Anderson provides leadership in all areas of human resources functions for AgResearch including employee relations, recruitment, compensation, benefits and retirement, and workers compensation. She is a trusted resource for faculty and staff across the state. As an HR professional, she maintains certifications from the Society for Human Resources Management and HRCI. Prior to joining UTIA in 2013, Whitney spent 20 years in the private sector working for companies in internet technology, public relations, software development and integrated security services.
