Specialization: Family and Consumer Sciences

Overview

As the Family and Consumer Sciences Extension Agent for Lincoln County, I plan to implement educational programs to benefit families and help them improve their lives. Educational opportunities will be offered through classes and workshops, and Family and Community Education Clubs. Plans are also underway to partner with local agencies like the South Central Human Resources, Head Start, and the Senior Citizens Center. I also look forward to finding new partners within the county.

Outreach Focus

Programs will focus in the areas of Human Development, Community Health, Nutrition and Food Safety, and Consumer Economics.
