Carolyn is a graduate of Rutgers Law School and Stockton University and has been a UT employee since 2018. She joined the Smith Center as its Business Manager in 2022.

She has previously served as the executive director of a nonprofit focused on advocacy for people with disabilities and has worked in contract and grant compliance in higher education. She has also held financial management positions in the clean energy sector. Her international experience includes fieldwork in Montserrat, BWI.
