Danielle Galvin

Post-Doctoral Research Associate | School of Natural Resources
Overview

I am interested in evaluating the effects of multiple, combined stressors on amphibian physiology and survival. Specifically, I am interested in how emerging pathogens, environmental contaminants, and changes in climate interact and the subsequent impacts of these factors on amphibians. Other areas of research I am interested in include amphibian overwintering physiology, snake fungal disease, applied conservation, and gender inequity in STEM fields. I am particularly fond of field work, Bayesian modelling, collaborative (team) science, and coffee.
