Kristin England
Kristin is returning after 30 years of service to UT as the Business Manager for the Agricultural Leaders of Tomorrow (ALOFT) program. The ALOFT program, a USAID Farmer to Farmer (F2F) funded regional program for Southeast Asia, sends volunteers to Cambodia, Vietnam, and the Philippines to provide agricultural technical assistance to identified host organizations in the areas of agriculture education, entrepreneurship & agribusiness, extension & advisory services, and climate-smart agriculture.
Kristin began her career at UT in the Special Services Education Department before transitioning to the Early Learning Center. But she spent the bulk of her career with the Department of Nuclear Engineering for over 18 years. There she served as the Communications Specialist and Administrative Assistant. She then served as Information Specialist for the Institute for Nuclear Security at the Howard H. Baker Center for Public Policy. She also served as the Publications Editor for the International Journal for Nuclear Security.
Kristin retired at the end of 2020. She then served as Registrar at Northwest Middle School in Knox County Schools.
