Overview

Since 2024, I have been an Extension Assistant Professor (100% Extension appointment) within the Department of Food Science at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I assist food entrepreneurs, Tennessee Food Freedom Act producers, value-added producers, county Extension agents, food industry and regulatory stakeholders through outreach education programs, workshops, training, and Entrepreneurial Assistance Program.
