I am responsible for training and support in the Western Region. The staff includes support staff, agents, county directors, and specialists. A combination of one-on-one contact, phone calls, county visits, cluster groups, and region-wide training's are used to provide educational information on technology related topics. I assist with software installs, setting up new equipment, transferring data, and troubleshooting issues. I have been with Extension for twenty-eight years. I consider the staff my customers and try to do what is needed to keep their equipment up-to-date, the users comfortable using their equipment, and comfortable asking questions. I am hopeful that this will help them be more productive while doing their job.
