Hollie Renee Schreiber, MBA, CRA
Hollie has been the Director of Sponsored Programs June 2021. With a primary responsibility of overseeing pre-award and award negotiation activities, she ensures compliance with University, state, and federal regulations while streamlining internal procedures and reducing faculty burden to support the institution’s research goals.
Hollie maintains actives roles in the broader research community across the UT system, including helping lead the Huron Grants & Agreements implementation.
Before joining UTIA, Hollie spent 16 years at Oklahoma State University, where she advanced to the role of Director of Sponsored Programs for the Division of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources (DASNR). There, she oversaw both pre- and post-award non-financial grants and contracts, building a strong foundation of experience in research administration.
A passionate advocate for her field, Hollie has served on the Board of Directors for the National Council of University Research Administrators (NCURA), a role she held from January 2022 through December 2023. Her outstanding contributions to NCURA earned her the Region V Distinguished Service Award in 2018. Hollie also served as Traveling Workshop Faculty for six years and completed NCURA’s prestigious Executive Leadership Program.
