Overview

Dr. ShaRonda Cooper is a native of Athens, GA. She joined the UTCVM team in 2021. She previously served as the Director of Multicultural Services and Programs at the University of Georgia. Dr. Cooper is a licensed professional counselor and trained Health Coach. She earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education from Ohio University. She has worked in the field of higher education and student affairs at select institutions in North Carolina, Georgia, and Ohio. Dr. Cooper is happy to have the opportunity to work with the students, faculty, and staff at UTCVM. Areas of interest include: student mental health and wellbeing, multicultural services, outreach and engagement, recruitment, student success and resiliency.
