Jason Gabbard
Jason Gabbard serves as the UT Institute of Agriculture’s Director of General Services. In this role, he oversees UTIA’s statewide capital projects portfolio and the operational readiness of UTIA facilities.
Jason joins UTIA with more than 20 years of experience in capital project leadership and facility program management with the United States Navy’s Civil Engineer Corps and Nuclear Power Program. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and holds certifications in Portfolio Management, Project Management, and Facility Management.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ocean Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University. He enjoys camping and hiking with his family and exploring the outdoors.
