Through my years as an agricultural extension agent, I have learned just how diverse agriculture is in Northwest Tennessee. These experiences have molded and directed my professional interest to all areas of agriculture. My job as an agricultural extension agent is to meet the needs of those citizens that resided in Henry County. Since UT Extension has downsized twice during my career, I am responsible for all areas of agriculture in Henry County. Due to these circumstances my professional interest are determined from day to day, month to month, and year to year by my clientele.
My focus areas are in Production Agriculture (crops, livestock, forage) , Natural Resources (conservation, forestry, wildlife, fisheries) , Horticulture, Turf, Fruit Production, Master Gardener Education/Management, and Home/Land Owner Education.
