Scott D. Stewart
Specialization: Integrated Pest Management
Scott Stewart is the Director of the West Tennessee AgResearch and Education Center where he facilitates research and outreach by faculty and staff within the UT Institute of Agriculture. Scott was raised in Iowa and received his Master’s in entomology from Texas A&M University. After obtaining a PhD from Auburn University, Scott worked at Mississippi State University before coming to Tennessee in 2002. Scott became Director in 2020. Previously, he was an Extension Entomology Specialist, also located at the Center, with expertise in crop and pest management.
