Billy started at UTIA ITS in December 2002 as the desktop technical support person. Over the years his position duties changed quickly from tech support to the administration of email, web and SQL servers, and on to programming and web application development. When SharePoint was adopted as UTIA's primary web software program, Billy threw himself into learning everything he could about SharePoint. Billy worked on the migration process from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010 and worked closely with the Web Advisory Committee to create and implement our SharePoint templates. Since then, we have moved to WordPress where he worked with Marketing and Communications and our ITS team to develop our themes for all of the Institute's websites. He is currently working on website and web application development for WordPress and .NET sites.
