Overview

My research investigates households' food shopping behaviors, including: food purchasing, market selection, and acquisition methods in the context of food access environments. I'm particularly interested in understanding the implications for food and nutrition security, health, and food system resilience that stem from my research findings. The immediate goal of my research is to inform food policy and guide stakeholder decision making, and my broader mission is to improve the wellbeing of vulnerable stakeholders in our food systems.
