Justin Thomas serves as the Regional Program Leader in the Eastern Region for Family and Consumer Sciences and 4-H Youth Development. Justin serves agents in program planning, development, and evaluation along with professional development to strengthen FCS and 4-H programs in the region. Before becoming Regional Program Leader, Justin served as County Director and Extension Agent in Bradley County. Prior to that service, he served as an Extension Agent in Roane County. Justin holds an M.S. in Agricultural Leadership, Education, and Communication from the University of Tennessee and a B.A. in Child and Family Studies from Berea College in Berea, Kentucky.
